摘　　要：介绍了炉前脱硅技术概况 ,简要回顾了平台式、回转式、门架式喷枪传动设备的开发、改进情况 ,提出连杆式喷枪传动设备方案。该方案各构件间全部采用铰接、输粉管沿设备铺设、有数种安装方式 ,支铁沟脱硅和摆动流嘴处脱硅均适用。与现有喷枪传动设备相比 ,设备重量及高度降低了 30 -5 0 %。Cast house desiliconization technology is mentioned briefly. The invention and development of the existing lance driving devices are reviewed. Also a new solution for the lance driving device is introduced. The new machine has the following advantages, all moving parts of it joint together by swing mechanics, agent pipe is fastened on the machine, it is suitable for desiliconizing both in tilting runner and in iron trough,it can be installed in many types, and it is about 30%~50% lighter and lower than the current machines.
