摘　　要：建立了用火焰原子光谱法测定中药冲剂中钾、镁的快速分析方法。用硝酸溶液 (1+ 1)溶解样品 ,分别以吸收法及发射法测定镁、钾。工作曲线法的测定结果与灰化法一致 ,相对误差小于± 0 8% ,t检验表明本方法与灰化法之间无显著性差异。方法简便、快速。An analytical method for r apid determination of potassium an d magnesium in electuary of tradi tional Chinese medicine(ETCM)by fl ame atomic spectrometry has been d eveloped Sample was dissolved by nitric acid(1+1) FAAS and FAES wer e used to determine magnesium and potassium,respectively Determinati on results of the working curve me thod were consistent with those ob tained by ashing method The relati ve error between them was less tha n ±0 8% The t test showed that no difference was found between two m ethods This method is convenient,r apid and accurate
