摘　　要：待拆七层公寓楼房为空心砖墙和钢筋混凝土构造柱结构 ,具有较小的高宽比。爆前通过预处理 ,切断南、北楼的联系 ,使它们成为独立的建筑物。采用大时差多段别延时爆破方案 ,使两个独立的楼房分别向南、北方向倒塌。文中论述了爆破方案设计、爆破参数确定以及在空心砖墙上进行钻孔和装药的施工工艺。The seven storeyed apartment building to be demolished is a constructure consisted of hollow brick and reinforcement concrete posts,and has relatively small height to width ratio Cutting the linkage between the south and north structures by pretreatment before blasting,the building was divided into two separated structures By use of long delay interval blasting,the two separated structures were made to collapse to the south and north respectively In this paper,the design of blasting scheme,the determination of blasting parameters,the constructing technologies about drilling and charging to hollow brick walls were discussed
