摘　　要：产业类历史建筑和地段的保护性再利用今天正在成为世界关注的热点。本文讨论了当今城市更新中产业类历史建筑和地段的保护性再利用的概念和意义,阐述了保护性再利用的主要途径,最后还分析了保护与再利用的关系。The conservation and adaptive reuse of historical industrial buildings and sites have been attracting more attention of the world.This paper discusses their concept and value in the present urban renewal, expounds major approachesof them and finally analyses the relationship between conservation and reuse.
