摘　　要：本文指出农业科研院所企业化转制是深化改革的战略选择 ,对其必要性、重要性、可能性进行了分析。文章旨在更新观念 ,消除对转制的认识误区 。This paper analyzed the feasibility and the necessity in system conversion of scientific research institution of agriculture. It aimed to change ideas, and also to provide basis for system conversion of scientific research institution of agriculture.
