摘 要:对不同时期的非抗性水稻和转Bar基因水稻幼苗喷施不同浓度的除草剂Liberty水溶液。结果发现 ,喷施体积分数为 0 .3 %及其以上的Liberty水溶液均可杀死非抗性品种幼苗。除草剂浓度对抗性品种BengalHu 10和测 64 B的株高、每穗实粒数、结实率和千粒重无明显影响 ,但是随着除草剂浓度的递增 ,它们的每株穗数和单株产量呈下降趋势。采用 0 .5 %的Liberty水溶液处理过的抗性品种 ,在 3~ 4叶期处理的单株产量较高。建议将抗性杂交水稻组合用于大田生产时 ,在 3~ 4叶期喷施 0 .3 %~ 0 .5 %的Liberty水溶液比较合适。Different concentrations of herbicide (Liberty) were sprayed on non-r esistant and Bar-transgenic rices at different time of seedling s. The results i ndicated that non-resistant rice died when Liberty was sprayed at the concentra tion of 0.3% or more. Concentration of herbicide had not obvious effects on plan t height, filled grains per panicle, seed set and 1 000-grain weight in herbici de- resistant varieties Bengal Hu-10 and Ce 64-B, but panicles per plant and yield per plant of them decreased gradually with the increase of herbicide concentrat ion. The yield per plant sprayed 0.5% of Liberty during 3~4 leaf stage was slig htly higher than those of the other spraying treatments. It is suggested that 0. 3%~0.5% of Liberty should be sprayed during 3~4 leaf stage in the produc tion of herbicide-resistant hybrids.
