摘 要:提出了一种提高毛细管电泳再现性的新方法———电流信号突跃辅助下的时间比法 (RM AS CC)。将电泳过程中一般都要记录的吸收信号 (光度检测器 ) ,与常常被忽略了的电流信号 ,同步传输给数据采集计算机。如果样品和背景电解质的电阻率不同 ,就会在电流图上出现一电流信号突跃。将各待测物的迁移时间除以这个电流突跃所对应的时间 ,就可求出相应的RM ASCC值。Fluctuations in solute times are an important source of non reproducibility in the use of capillary electrophoresis (CE) for the analysis of drugs or biological compounds. In this paper, a method based on the ration of migration time aided by the sudden change in electric current (RM ASCC) is introduced for improving the reproducibility of separation results. After the signals of absorbance and current are fed simultaneously into the computer for collecting data, a sudden change in current can be found in the case of difference electric resistant between sample slug and background electrolyte. The value of RM ASCC for each analyte can be calculated through the division of its migration time and the corresponding running time to the sudden change in electric current. It was found that RM ASCC provided more reproducible results than migration time, and was independent of experimental temperatures and applied voltages. RM ASCC method did not require the addition of any standards to the sample.
