大叶山杨“接炮捻”自生根扦插育苗试验总结

摘　　要：参照北京林业大学毛白杨研究所对建国初期的“接炮捻”技术进行改进后运用于当前生产的三倍体毛白杨繁育技术 ,进行了大叶山杨的“接炮捻”自生根的初步试验 ,不但使大叶山杨扦插可以成活 ,还能形成自生根 。Based on split grafting technique invented by Chinese White Poplar Institute of Beijing Forestry University, we improved and applied it into current reproductive practice of populus tometosa triploid, and carried out split grafting experiment for Populus dacidiana var.macrophylla. The results shows not only can survive of the cuttings, but also may take self-rooting of the scions, and then keep the genuiness of the strain.
