摘  要:通过测定 10科 33个作物品种对甲磺隆敏感性 ,结果表明 :(1)水稻品种的敏感性 ,早稻比晚稻敏感 ,常规稻比杂交稻敏感。 (2 )蔬菜和旱作品种的敏感性不同科间有较大差异 ,同一科属类内 ,除十字花科外 ,差异相对较小。 (3)在所有被测品种中 ,以京丰 1号甘蓝最敏感 ,IC50 =2 .2 6 2 8μg/kg ,其次为十月红油菜 ,IC50 =2 .86 2 5 μg/kg ,它们同属十字花科芸苔属。 (4)较高浓度的甲磺隆对作物的生长有抑制作用 ,而较低浓度的甲磺隆 (浓度在 0 .6 5 5 4μg/kg以下时 )则对某些品种 (约 1/ 3)The sensitivity to metsulfuro-methyl was tested in 33 crop varieties of 10 families. The results were as follows. (1) Early rice was more sensitive than late rice, normal rice more than hybrid rice. (2) There were significant differences in sensitivity to metsulfuro-methyl among different genus of vegetables and dry land crops, whereas there were small differences among different genus of one family except for Cruciferae. (3) The wild cabbage, Jingfeng 1, was the most sensitive (IC 50 =2.2628μg/kg), the secondary was Shiyuehong (IC 50 =2.8625μg/kg), both belong to wild cabbage of winter rape genus in Cruciferae. (4) Higher-density metsulfuro-methyl inhibited growth of all varieties, whereas lower-density metsulfuro-methyl (below 0.6554μg/kg) stimulated growth of some varieties (about one third).
