摘  要:以圆弧齿轮传动的小齿轮齿数、法面模数、螺旋角及齿轮齿宽的均值为设计变量 ,以两圆弧齿轮的体积之和最小为目标函数 ,将齿轮强度、应力等处理成随机变量 ,建立了圆弧齿圆柱齿轮传动可靠性优化设计的数学模型 ,采用内点惩罚函数法对实例进行了优化 ,结果表明 。The smaller gear's number of teeth and normal module and helix angle and averaging of tooth width are regarded as variable in circular gear's driving design in this paper,the smallest volume sum of the two circular gears is realized as the objective function,and the intensity and stress etc.of gear is processed as the random variable,and the reliability optimization design's mathematical model of circular cylindrical gear's driving is also established in this paper,a real example is optimized with method of punitive function by using the internal point,the result addressed the model is right and reliability.
