摘 要:研究了 5种中国蝽科昆虫的核型和染色体的减数分裂行为 ,并采用核型分析软件对第一次减数分裂中期的染色体进行核型分析。结果表明 :驼蝽 Brachycerocoriscamelus Costa、滴蝽 Dybowskyia reticulata(Dallas)和红玉蝽 H oplistodera pulchraYang3个种的染色体组成均为 2 n(♂ ) =1 4,具有 X- Y性别决定机制 ;减数分裂行为比较一致 ,但在中期 - 时 ,常染色体和性染色体的排列方式各不相同 ,可为蝽科昆虫的形态分类及系统发育提供有用的证据。二星蝽 Eysarcorisguttiger(Thunberg)的染色体组成为 2 n(♂ ) =1 5 ,具有 X1X2 Y性别决定机制 ,进一步证明了在半翅目昆虫的性染色体进化中碎片化过程起着很重要的作用 ;黑斑二星蝽 Eysarcoris fabricii(Kirkaldy)的染色体组成为 2 n(♂ ) =1 6 ,具有 X- Y性别决定机制。后 2种的核型结果 。The karyotypes of five species, viz. Brachycerocoris camelus Costa, Dybowskyia reticulata (Dallas), Hoplistodera pulchra Yang, Eysarcoris guttiger (Thunberg), Eysarcoris fabricii (Kirkaldy) in Pentatomidae are studied in male germ cells prepared on air-dried slides stained with Giemsa. Karyotype analyses using specific software are made for the first time in pentatomid karyotypic study and model karyotype charts are presented. The first three species have the typical number of 14 chromosomes for the family Pentatomidae and an X-Y sex chromosomal mechanism. But the arrangements of autosomes and sex-chromosomes in metaphase-I exhibit different features respectively. The composition of chromosomes of Eysarcoris guttiger is 2n(♂)=15 with an X 1X 2Y sex chromosomal system, while E. fabricii has 16 chromosomal elements and an X-Y sex chromosomal mechanism. The results of karyotype analyses and model charts also exhibit different features respectively.
