摘　　要：标本DNA是十分重要的遗传资源。在生物的起源及进化研究中 ,应用越来越广泛。详细介绍了标本DNA的特性、提取方法、扩增、测序、甄别、时限及已经取得的一系列成果 ,并对其中存在的问题进行了分析和评述。Old sample DNA is a important heritage resource,and frequently used in the research of origin and evolution of life.Here we introduced the studying aspects of old sample DNA,including the characteristic,the extraction methods,PCR amplification,sequencing,the criterion of authenticity and the advances of its utility in life science research.We also discussed the problems in the old sample DNA studies.
