薄芝注射液对肾小球肾炎影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察薄芝注射液对肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法 :从肾功能、血生化和肾活检光镜、电镜和免疫荧光观察中药薄芝注射液对 42例肾小球肾炎患者的治疗作用。结果 :薄芝注射液可使尿蛋白排出量显著减少 ,血浆白蛋白逐渐升高 ,免疫荧光强度明显减弱 ,上皮下 (或内皮下 )电子致密沉积物数目减少或消失以及基底膜明显变薄。治疗组 42例 ,显效 2 0例 (47.6 2 % ) ,有效 13例 (30 .95 % ) ,无效 5例 (11.91% ) ,总有效率 78.5 7% ,与对照组总有效率 81.41%比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :研究表明中药薄芝注射液对肾小球肾炎有一定的治疗作用。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of GC on glomerulonephritis in clinic. Methods: The therapeutic effects of GC on 42 cases of glomerulonephritis were observed in terms of the renal functions,the blood biochemistry, and the LM?EM,and immunofluorescences of the renal biopsy. Results: The results indicated that GC could reduce remarkably the excretion of proteinuria, the plasma albumin increased gradually, the intensity of immunofluorescences reduced obviously,the numbers of subepithelial (or subendothelial)electron dense deposit dropped or disappeared and the thickness of glomerus base membrane thinned obviously. In the 42 patients of the treated group,20 cases were effective(47.62%),13 markedly effective(30.95%),5 ineffective(11.91%)and the total effective rate was 78.57%, compared with that of the control group(81.41%).The difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:This investigation showed that GC has certain therapeutic effects on glomerulonephritis in human.
