新生儿血糖异常临床分析(附64例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :分析新生儿血糖异常与疾病预后的关系。方法 :393例住院新生儿入院时即采血测定血糖 ,结果异常者连续监测到血糖恢复正常 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :血糖异常发生率为 16 .2 8%。早产儿血糖异常的发生率及死亡率明显高于足月儿 ,其中早产儿以发生低血糖为主 ,足月儿以高血糖为主。结论 :新生儿血糖异常发生率高 ,并直接影响疾病的预后 ,血糖过高或过低 ,其预后均较差 ,应引起重视 。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the disease prognosis and the neonates' blood glucose(Glu). Methods: 393 cases of inpatient neonates' Glu were measured when they were monitered continously till their Glu became normal,and then a statistical analysis was made. Results: The incidence of abnormal Glu was 16.28%. The incidence of abnormal Glu and mortality of the prematures were apparently higher than those of the term infants. In all cases with abnormal Glu, the Prematures often manifest low Glu while the term infants suffer from high Glu. Conclusion: The abnormal Glu influences significantly the disease prognosis of neonates. Too high Glu or too low Glu may result in bad prognsis. Therefore more attention shonld be paid to treatment as soon as possible.
