吻合血管多节段腓骨移植修复下肢长段骨缺损

摘　　要：目的　 报道多节段腓骨游离移植修复下肢长段骨缺损的临床效果。方法　 应用吻合血管腓骨制成多节段并联使之增粗 ,修复下肢长段骨缺损 1 1例。其中胫骨 度骨折 5例 ,骨肿瘤 4例 ,骨髓炎 2例。结果　 经 8月～ 7年随访 ,所有修复骨缺损均获良好愈合 ,其功能外形均令人满意 ,移植骨无折断。结论　 采用腓骨多节段并联 ,使其增粗 。Objective To explore the clinical effects of free polyfibular transplantation and vascular anastomosis on long bone defects in lower limbs.Methods 11 cases (5 of tibien fracture of Grade Ⅲ,4 of bone tumor and 2 of osteomyelitis)received free polyfibular transplantation and vascular anastomoses.Results The follow-up surveys lasted 8 months-7 years and found that all the defective bones healed well,no fractures occurred in the transferred bones and the outlines were formed satisfactorily.Conclusion Free polyfibular transplantation can effectively prevent the fractures of transferred bones.
