康心胶囊系列治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察康心胶囊系列治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法　治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用康心胶囊系列 ,治疗前后检测心电图、心肌酶谱等 ,观察临床表现。结果　治疗组治愈 12例 ,显效 13例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率 96 .9% ;对照组治愈 6例 ,显效 9例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 7例 ,总有效率 76 .7%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论　康心胶囊系列对病毒性心肌炎有较好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of viral myocarditis with serial Kangxin capsule.Methods Serial Kangxin capsule was administered togther with conventional treatment.Creatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehyotrogenase isoenzyme,cardiol function and chinical manifestations were observed before and after treatment.Results In treated group 12 cases were cured,13 cases showed markedly effective,6 cases mildly effective,1 cases was ineffective.The total effect rate was 96.9%.While in control group,6 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective,8 cases mildly effective,7 cases inef fective.The total effect rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Kangxin capsule can be used to treat patients with viral myocarditis with a better curative effect.
