摘　　要：目的　探讨亚低温疗法对重型颅脑损伤 (GCS≤ 8分 )的临床疗效。方法　回顾性分析 5 5例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床治疗情况。其中治疗组 35例采用亚低温疗法 ,对照组 2 0例采用常规治疗方法。结果　治疗组死亡率为 2 5 .7% ,对照组死亡率为 6 0 .0 % (P<0 .0 5 )。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hypothermia therapy for severe brain injury(GCS≤8 scores).Methods The clinical experience of 55 cases of severe brain injury was analysed retrospectively.The studying group (35 cases) was treated with hypothermia.The control group (20 cases) was only given routine therapy.Results The mortality of studying group and control group was 25.7% and 60.0%,respectively.The difference was significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia therapy is an effective method for severe brain injury.
