摘 要:构建了人工合成的 GFM Cry IA杀虫基因和经过修饰的 Cp T 基因的融合杀虫基因高效植物表达载体p GBIF4 ABC。通过农杆菌介导的叶盘法转化烟草 ,获得 4 2株卡那霉素抗性植株 ,经棉铃虫杀虫试验表明 ,3株表现高抗 ,14株表现中抗 ,2 5株感虫。对其中 7株烟草植株进行 PCR和 Southern印迹 ,4株烟草基因组中有融合杀虫基因的整合 ,为转基因植株。其中 2株的抗虫性为高抗 ,1株中抗 。The plant expression vector pGBIF4ABC, harboring a fused synthesized Bt insecticidal protein gene and modified CpT Ⅰ gene, was constructed and introduced into tobacco by Agrobaterium mediated transformation. Resistance of the leaves of the transformed plants to cotton bollworm was identified. The results showed that three tobacco plants were highly resistant to the insect, fourteen plants were moderately resistant to the insect, twenty five plants were susceptible to the insect among the forty two karnamycin resistance plants. The results of PCR and Southern blot analyses of seven plants confirmed the chromsomal integration of the fused gene in four of them.
