摘  要:利用自然病例 ,采取分组 (血尿组、低磷组、对照组 )对比的方法 ,对低磷奶牛红细胞膜磷脂组分进行了测定。结果表明 ,低磷组 (低磷酸盐血症 )和血尿组 (血红蛋白尿症 )奶牛红细胞膜磷脂组分发生明显改变 ,低磷组红细胞膜中磷脂酰胆碱 +磷脂酰丝氨酸 ( PC+ PS)显著低于对照组 ,神经鞘磷脂 ( SM)显著高于对照组 ;血尿组奶牛红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱 +磷脂酰丝氨酸 ,神经鞘磷脂显著高于对照组和低磷组 ,磷脂酰乙醇胺 ( PE)含量显著低于对照组和低磷组 ;奶牛血清磷含量与红细胞膜磷脂酰乙醇胺含量呈极显著正相关 ,与神经鞘磷脂含量呈极显著负相关。说明低磷奶牛红细胞膜磷脂代谢障碍 ,导致膜磷脂组分异常。The cows with field cases was divided into three groups, including hemoglobinuria group (HN), low phosphorus group(LP)and control group(CK). The content of phospholipid composition of erythrocyte membrane in phosphatemic cows was detected. The content of phospholipid composition in HN and LP obviously changed: phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) content in HN was significantly lower than that in LP and CK, but sphingomyeline (SM) and phosphatidycholine (PC)+phosphatidylserine (PS) content in HN were significantly higher than in two other groups; in comparison between LP and CK, PC+PS content was lower and SM content was higher in LP; significant positive correlation and negative correlation were observed between serum phosphorus and PE content, serum phosphorus and SM content, respectively.
