摘　　要：对均匀性的数学描述进行了分析研究 ,提出了均匀性瞬态测量的概念 ,总结了三种不均匀度的测量方法 ,并给出了每种方法的不确定度传递公式。以闪光光强分布的均匀性测量为例 ,介绍了太阳电池电性能测量光照均匀性瞬态测量系统及其修正方法。The uniformity of physical parameter special distribution is mathe matically described and analyzed. The concept of uniformity instant measurement is introduced.The advantage and disadvantage of three practical used uniformity measurement methods are summarized. As an example, the paper then describes a ne wly developed light pulse irradiant uniformity measurement system and the correc tion method for its measurement result.
