摘  要:本文根据斜截面上应力分量的计算式 ,提出了“辅助应力圆”的概念 ,以“辅助应力圆”和莫尔圆的组合探讨了三向应力状态下任意斜截面上应力分量的图解法 。Based on formula of stresses on the skew places,this paper attempt to show a graphical method for determining shear and normal stresses on the skew places,and the principal stresses for three dimensional stresses state are found by both Mohr's circles and 'aided stress circles'.Key words:Graphical method;Mohr's circles;Aided stress circlesic benefit Liaoning, China)Abstract: The sintering process of the sodium silicate and silica sand during metal pouring is presented in this paper. The test results indicate that the microstructure and stress state of the silicate binder agglomeration can be changed by using the active metallic ions, thus improving the collapsibility of the mould and core sand substantially.
