摘　　要：介绍了一种数字式仪 ,利用线列CCD ,借助光电转换的原理 ,它可获得直接的数字信号输出 ,避免了A/D转换的环节 ;采用单片机作为处理元件 ,用算法消除了系统误差 ,配合不同的总线 ,该水平仪具有较好的再开发能力 。Using line thread CCD sensor, through the principle of photo electricity conversion, we develop a new kind of digital gradienter, which introduces directly digital signals output, avoiding A/D convert step. Using single chip as its manage component, it eliminates errors by algorithms. Assorted with different buses, it will be developed more easily, and can meet the requirements in lots of industry control places.
