摘　　要：本文首先阐述了波分复用系统的发展史、发展现代WDM系统的条件 ,接着讲述了现代WDM所用的新技术即改善EDFA性能的技术、提高光源的稳定性、窄带光滤波器技术以及构成直流控制的可变光衰减器 ,最后简述了第四代与第五代WDM系统以及WDM系统的发展趋势。The developed history of WDM systems and technologies,the developing conditions and new techniques used for improving performance of EDFA, increasing stability of optical source, decreasing bandwidth of optical bandpass filter, and for making a DC controlled variable optical attenuator in modern WDM systems, the fourth and fifth generation WDM systems, the development trend and progress directions of WDM systems and technologies are introduced in this paper.
