摘　　要：分析了合理选用工程材料的重要性 ,探讨了材料选用的原则 ,并提出了材料所要求的性能 组织结构 选材及热处理工艺选用的设计思路、流程 ;还阐述了选材的方法及步骤 ;最后对结构件和工具件的选材设计进行了讨论。This paper analyzes the importance of properly selecting the engineering materials, explores the general principles of material selection and produces the design ideas and technological process, namely, performance required by material corresponding microsturcute proper selection of material and heat treatment process. It also expounds the method and procedure of material selection and is concluded with the exploration on the selection and design of constructional components and tool components.
