摘  要:对MgO改性的PbCrO4 基湿敏电阻进行了研究。随着MgO含量的增加使得该系列湿敏电阻在低、中湿范围内感湿灵敏度增大 ,当MgO含量超过 0 .5mol时 ,在全湿度范围内 ,湿阻特性曲线接近直线。结合X ray衍射分析及扫描电镜分析 ,探讨了MgO改性的PbCrO4MgO modified PbCrO 4 series humidity sensing resistors were investigated. Experiments indicate that the change of crystal structure from PbCrO 4 to Pb 2CrO 5 occurs with the increasing amounts of MgO so that the sensitivity was improved because Pb 2CrO 5 is more moisture retentive than PbCrO 4, and at the same time, the grain size also decreases, therefore, the capillary action increases with the increasing amounts of MgO, and the humidity sensibility of the sample doped with more amount of MgO is bigger than that of the sample doped with less amount of MgO in the middle and lower relative humidity concentration due to the formation of more humidity sensing elements Mg OH.
