摘　　要：分析了电牵引采煤机喷雾系统及液压调高系统的现状及存在的问题。针对存在的问题 ,对采煤机喷雾与滚筒调高系统进行了综合分析 ,提出调高系统工作介质使用纯水 ,喷雾系统采用高压水射流技术 ,调高系统与喷雾系统共享同一压力源的方案。There exists some problems with the spray system and hydraulic system of ranging the drum in electrical traction shearer.In response to it,this paper conducts comprehensive analysis of the two systems and proposes a solution that pure water is used as the working medium of the drum ranging hydraulic system;water jet technique is applied in the spray system;and the two systems use same pump.
