摘 要:利用热电偶、红外热像仪和热电阻等多种测温方法测量了电脉冲处理过程中试样的温度。结果表明 ,在电脉冲处理过程中 ,除卡具附近约 5mm以外 ,整个试样的温度可以认为是空间均匀的 ,但在平均试样温度之上存在着温度起伏。点焊于非晶薄带之上的热电偶能够准确地测量出在电脉冲处理过程中试样的平均温度及温度起伏 ,是方便可靠的测温方法。在所用的电脉冲参数下 ,叠加在试样平均温度之上的最大温度起伏为ΔT <3 0K。The thermal couple, thermovision and thermal resistance have been used to measure the temperature of the sample during the high current density electropulsing. The result shows that the sample temperature possesses a good uniformity except for about 5mm near the sample holder, but there being a temperature undulation overlapping on the average temperature with the current pulse. The thermal couple spot welded onto the amorphous ribbon can be used to accurately measure the average temperature and its undulation of the sample during electropulsing, which is a convenient and reliable method in temperature measurement. Under the used electropulse parameters, the largest temperature undulation overlapping on the average temperature is measured to be Δ T <30 K.
