摘  要:在所述圆锥滚子球面凸轮机构中,滚子锥面的顶点与凸轮球面的球心重合。用球面坐标建立了此种凸轮工作廓面的解析设计方程和压力角公式,为此种凸轮的设计和数控加工提供了理论基础。指出该凸轮机构具有如下优点:①凸轮的工作廓面为可展直纹曲面,因而便于加工;②凸轮与滚子的接触线为直线;③在整个接触线上,凸轮与滚子之间皆为纯滚动,且压力角都相等。In this paper,a special spherical surface cam with a conical roller follower is put forward. The apex of the conical roller coincides with the spherical center of the cam. Using the spherical coordinate, author establishes the contour surface equa tion and pressure angle formula of the cam. Which provides the oretical basis for the design and NC processing of the cam. The cam has the following advantageous features:①Its work contour surface is a developable ruled surface, and the generatrix of the surface always pass through the spherical center of the cam. So it is easy to manufacture the cam. ②The contact line of the cam and roller is a straight line. ③At all points on the contact line, the cam and roller are in continuous pure rolling contract, and the pressure angles are equal.
