摘  要:介绍了对欧洲几家钢铁公司进行考察后 ,这些公司在炼钢、精炼、连铸工艺中的特点。针对攀钢炼钢系统中存在的不足 ,提出了要实现全脱硫、全精炼、全连铸 ,必须对现有的铁水预处理、转炉炼钢、钢水精炼及连铸工艺进行变革 。The features of their steelmaking,refining and continuous casting processes were introduced after investigation of several steel companies in Europe.Based on shortcomings existing in steelmaking system at PZH Steel, in order to accomplish desulphurization of all hot metal,and refining and continuous casting of total molten steel,the existing techniques used for pretreatment of hot metal,converter steelmaking,molten steel refining and continuous casting processes must be reformed.The necessity to realize automatic control and computerized management of steelmaking system was put forward.
