连铸机振动台、结晶器及扇形Ⅰ段互换性研究

摘　　要：从结晶器、扇形Ⅰ段、振动台及其对应使用的对中台进行分析 ,查找不能实现整体互换的原因 ,研究探讨了实现整体互换的具体措施 ,使圆坯连铸机实现了振动台、结晶器、扇形Ⅰ段的整体互换 。Reasons for non-interchange of oscillator, mould and segment I are found on the analysis of their condition and aligned stand. Measures are discussed to make the interchange of oscillator, mould and segment of round billet CC machine and oscillator and segment of bloom CC machine.
