摘　　要：对煤粉网式固定振动筛进行改造 ,研制成功新型板条复合振动筛。使用证明 ,新型煤粉振动筛具有结构简单、工作性能可靠、维修量小、故障率低、易清除纤维、筛面不易堵塞、筛分效率高、造价低等特点 ,基本杜绝了喷吹管道堵塞停煤事故的发生 ,提高了喷吹作业率 ,煤比由改造前的 89.3 kg/ t提高到 10 6kg/The coal powder net-type fixed vibrating screen has been reconstructed.A new sl at composite vibrating screen has been developed successfully.The using has show ed that the new coal powder vibrating screen has the features of simple structur e,reliable work performance,less maintain work,lower failure ratio,cleaning fibe rs being easy,blocking of screen net being difficult,higher screening efficienc y and lower cost.The failure of pipe blocking and stopping-puff coal powder is p ut an end basically.The spray operation ratio is increased and the coal rate is increased from 89.6kg/t to 106kg/t.
