摘　　要：济钢中板厂 3 #纵剪自动定位剪切控制系统由 PC机、变频器、PL C、编码器、红外温度传感器等组成 ,可以保证剪切精度在公差范围内 ,并可实现自动定位剪切。系统运行后 ,解决了钢板剪切定位精度问题 ,板宽尺寸误差可小于 2 mm,减轻了工人劳动强度。The automatic orientation shearing control system of No.3 edge shear of the middle plate mill of Jigang consists of PC, frequency converter, P LC, encoder, infrared temperature transducer. It can keep the shearing precision within range of tol erance and can realize the automatic shearing for dimension control. After appli cation of this system, the problem of steel plate shearing precision can be sett led. The deviation of plate width can be less than 2 mm, the labor intensity for workers can be reduced.
