摘　　要：研制开发了一套板厚自动测量装置 ,装置的控制及厚度测量采用多片 CPU完成 ,其中两片 CPU分别完成对旋转编码器的方向识别及高速脉冲计数。实际运行证明 ,该系统具有硬件简单、投资省、见效快、使用性能良好、运行可靠等优点。One automatic measuring unit for plate thickness was developed. The co ntrol of unit and the measurement of thickness were carried out by multi-chip CPU. Two of them carried out identifying direction of rotary encoder and counting for high speed pulse seperately. The practice performance had testified that this system have features of the ha rdware being simple,the investment being saving,producing the desired rusult bei ng quick,the serviceability being good and the operation being reliable ,etc.
