摘　　要：分别探讨了砖混结构中承重构件设计、片筏基础设计、轧钢设备基础设计中基础渗水原因和防治等问题 ,以提高设计工作的经济效益和社会效益。To improve the economic and social benefits on design works, the water leakage causes and prevention of the equipment base have been discussed in designs of structural units of support weight of brick concrete structure, lamella base and steel rolling equipment base.
