济钢新建5^#焦炉设计改进

摘　　要：为实现工艺技术进步、安全生产、提高劳动生产率的目的 ,对济钢新建 5 #焦炉的设计进行了改进。焦炉机车改为90型 ,增设炉门框清扫、头尾焦回收功能 ,改进机车控制系统 ,同时在炉台标高、焦炉加热控制与管理、焦炉自动化控制与管理、新材料应用等方面进行了改进。To realize progress of process technology, safe production and improve working productivity, the design of No.5 coke oven at Jigang was improved. The train type was changed for 90 type, added oven gates and functions of cleaning and collecting two ends coke. The control system of train was improved. Meanwhile, the elevation of oven stage, control and management of heating and automation of oven and application of new materials were improved.
