摘　　要：济钢 4#板坯连铸机基础自动化系统采用 MODICON984PLC为主控设备 ,可实现多台 PL C、多个 I/O站的分散布置 ,进行网络通讯和数据交换 ,对在线电气设备及工艺过程进行操作、控制、管理 ,实现连铸机设备的自动程序控制。The MODICON984 PLC was used as the main control equipment in the basic automatic system of No.4 slab caster at Jigang.It can carry out divergent allocation of various PLCs and lots of I/O stations,network communication and data exchange.It can operate,control and keep the on line electric equipment and process procedure.The automatic program control of continuous casting equipment can be implemented.
