摘 要:用视塑性 (网格 )方法研究了铜复铅芯模拟样品轧制时的变形行为 ,与无铅芯的样品进行了比较 ,由此了解带液芯连铸坯轻压下时的变形特征。研究结果表明 ,坯壳的延伸与宽展均随轻压下量的增加而增加 ,但都较无液芯时小得多 ;液芯率大时 ,宽向变形以坯壳的“失稳外凸”为主 ,液芯率小时 ,则以坯壳侧壁的“镦粗增厚”为主 ;The Cu Pb clad samples were used to simulate the strands with liquid core and the deformation characteristics of the sample in the rolling process were investigated by visio plasticity(mesh)method.Comparing the clad samples with the samples without Pb,the results show that the longitudinal elongation and width spreading of samples with Pb are proportional to the reduction and smaller than that of those without Pb clearly.Depending on the thickness of solidified shell there are two possible spreading modes:with greater and smaller liquid core the spreading deformation is caused mainly by unstable bulging and head thickening of narrow side of the strand respectively.It means the thickness reduction of the slab is achieved mainly by the flowing of the liquid steel core.
