摘　　要：文章立足于实践,提出了调度管理有模拟控制与数字控制两种模式的观点,给出了模拟调度与数字调度的定义。论述了两种调度模式的优缺点,详述了数字调度模式的建立与运行方式,分析了数字调度在安钢的初步尝试情况并做了前景展望。The paper gives an idea of analog control and digital control in mangement and its defination. It describes the character of the two modes and introduces in detail the construction and operation method of digtal management Mode. Finally, it analyzed the initial condition of digital management in Angang and its prospects.
