摘 要:为深入了解烧结Sm2 (Co、Fe、Cu、Zr) 17合金磁性能与所用粉末特性的关系 ,通过设计不同球磨工艺 ,对不同滚动球磨条件下所制粉末进行了粒度和氧含量的测量 ,观察了滚动球磨与振动球磨两种方式下所制粉末的颗粒形状。研究了粉末粒度与形状对合金磁性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,粉末粒度在 4~ 6 μm时对应的合金磁性能最高 ;粒度≥ 6 μm时 ,随粒度增大磁性能下降 ;粒度≤ 4μm时 ,随粒度减小磁性能下降 ;In order to study the relations between powder features and magnetic properties of Sm 2(Co?Fe?Cu?Zr) 17 alloys,different milling procedures are worked out,then the granularity and oxygen content of the powder obtained under different milling conditions are measured,and the shape of the grain is also observed The effects of the granularity and shape of the powders on the magnetic properties of the alloy have been researched The results show that the excellent magnetic properties of the alloy can be reached when the powder granularity is in the range of 4~6μm When granularity is not smaller than 6μm,the properties decrease with the increasing of the granularity;when granularity is not bigger than 4μm,the properties decrease with the reducing of the granularity The magnetic properties of the alloys made of regular powders are more excellent than that of irregular powders
