摘　　要：介绍了用角谱理论计算声表面波 (SAW)滤波器衍射的算法 ,基于该算法提出了一种 SAW滤波器的衍射补偿方法。最后给出了孔经为 11λ的数字电视用声表面波滤波器 (SAWF)Arithmetic based on angle spectrum theory has been used to calculate the diffraction of SAW filter,and a diffraction compensation method is proposed based on the arithmetic.The compensation result of a digital TV used SAW filter with an aperture of 11λ is given in this paper.
