男性不育精浆中核苷酸类及蛋白质成份测定

摘　　要：应用紫外光吸收法,对62例不育男性及11例正常生育男性精浆中的核苷酸类和蛋白质浓度进行了测定。结果表明男性不育组精浆的蛋白质浓度、DNA和RNA浓度均较正常生育组增高(均为P<0.01);经相关分析发现,男性不育组的精子密度与其DNA和RNA浓度呈明显的负相关(均为P<0.01),嘌呤碱浓度明显低于嘧啶碱浓度(P<0.01)。提示男性不育精浆中某些生化成份有所改变。Concentrations of proteins and nucleotides in seminal plasma from 62 infertie males and 11 fertile males were determined with UV absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the concentrations of proteins, DNA and RNA in the seminal plasma of the infertile males were higher than those in the fertile males(P<0.01). A correlation assay showed a significant negative correlation between the spermatoza density and the concentration of DNA or RNA (P<0.01). Concentration of puriens was lower than that of pyrimidines.
