摘 要:应用OKT系列单克隆抗体对39例支气管哮喘病儿外周血T细胞亚群进行检测。结果发现,各型哮喘病儿均有T细胞亚群异常,发作期病儿T抑制/杀伤亚群细胞降低和T辅助/诱导亚群细胞增高同时存在,而间歇期病儿仅有T抑制/杀伤亚群细胞降低;发作期和间歇期病儿T辅助细胞/T抑制细胞比值均显著增高,发作期和间歇期病儿外周血中双标记细胞也明显增高。提示T细胞亚群异常为哮喘病儿的原发改变,可能为其免疫失调的内在基础。T cell subsets in peripheral blood from 39 children with bronchial asthma were detected using OKT monoclonal antibodies. During the onset stage of asthma, a decrease of T s/c subet cells and an increase of T h/i subset cells were present simultaneously, but during the silent stage there was only a decrease of T s/c subset ells. The ratio of the helper T cells to the suppressor T cells was significantly increased during both stages of asthma. The double-mark T cells in peripheral blood were also increased during both stages. The results suggested that the abnormality of T cell subsets was a primary change in children with bronchial asthma and this abnormality was possibly the internal basis of immunological irregulation.
