摘 要:目的:研究GH-IGF-1系统对特发性IUGR的影响。方法:对18例足月妊娠合并特发性IUGR及25例正常足月分娩产妇母血、脐血、羊水、胎盘中的IGF-1和GH进行定量测定。结果: IUGR组母血、脐血、胎盘组织IGF-1、GH含量明显低于正常对照组,差异有显著性;母血、脐血、胎盘组织GH含量与各样本中IGF-1含量均相关。结论:GH-IGF-1系统在胎儿生长发育中起重要调节作用。Objective: To detect the effects of GH-IGF-I system on the idiopathic IUGR.Methods:18 pregnant women with idiopathic IUGR and 25 normal pregnant women were studied to measure the IGF-I and GH levels of maternal serum,umbilical serum,amniotic fluid and placental tissue. Results: The GH,IGF-I levels of maternal serum,umbilical serum and placental tissue in IUGR group were significantly lower than those in control group. The levels of IGF-I were positively correlated with the levels of GH in every sample.Conclusion:During the development of fetus IGF-I and GH system plays an important regulating role.
