摘　　要：目的：研究ＧＨ－ＩＧＦ－１系统对特发性ＩＵＧＲ的影响。方法：对１８例足月妊娠合并特发性ＩＵＧＲ及２５例正常足月分娩产妇母血、脐血、羊水、胎盘中的ＩＧＦ－１和ＧＨ进行定量测定。结果：　ＩＵＧＲ组母血、脐血、胎盘组织ＩＧＦ－１、ＧＨ含量明显低于正常对照组，差异有显著性；母血、脐血、胎盘组织ＧＨ含量与各样本中ＩＧＦ－１含量均相关。结论：ＧＨ－ＩＧＦ－１系统在胎儿生长发育中起重要调节作用。Objective: To detect the effects of GH-IGF-I system on the idiopathic IUGR.Methods：18 pregnant women with idiopathic IUGR and 25 normal pregnant women were studied to measure the IGF-I and GH levels of maternal serum,umbilical serum,amniotic fluid and placental tissue. Results： The GH,IGF-I levels of maternal serum,umbilical serum and placental tissue in IUGR group were significantly lower than those in control group. The levels of IGF-I were positively correlated with the levels of GH in every sample.Conclusion:During the development of fetus IGF-I and GH system plays an important regulating role.
