摘  要:目的 :研究细胞内钙超负荷在皮肤撕脱伤组织坏死中的作用。 方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度仪分别测定猪后肢撕脱皮瓣近端和远端皮肤、皮下组织 ,正常、伤后 1、 2、 4、 8、 12、 2 4小时的组织内总钙含量。 结果 :发现伤后撕脱皮瓣近、远端皮肤和皮下组织中钙含量均增加 ,其中皮瓣近端伤后 12小时达高峰 ,以后逐渐下降 ,而皮瓣远端伤后 2 4小时以后钙含量仍保持较高的水平。 结论 :本实验结果表明 ,撕脱皮瓣组织中有钙超负荷发生 。Objective:To investigate the role of calcium in the necrosis of avulsed tissue Methods:The calcium in the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the proximate and distant end of the avulsed skin flap in pig hind leg was measured with atomic absorption spectrum 1,2,4,8,12 and 24 hours after the injury respectively The results were compared with the calcium in the normal skin Results:The calcium in the tissue of proximate and distant end of the avulsed skin flap was increased The calcium in the proximate part of the flap was reaching the peak 12 hours after injury,and decreased 12 hours later But the calcium in the distant part of the flap still kept at a high level even 24 hours after injury Conclusion:Calcium in the avulsed tissue increased after skin avulsion injury The results suggested that there was calcium over-load happened in avulsed tissue
