裂隙法微小头发移植体治疗男性秃发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨使用微小头发移植体治疗男性秃发的临床效果。　方法 :2 7例男性秃发患者进行 30次自体微小头发移植术 ,其中 2 4例进行 1次移植 ,3例进行 2次移植。　结果 :2 0例术后随访 3～ 9个月 ,外观较术前明显改善 ,无并发症发生。　结论 :应用微小头发移植体治疗男性秃发 ,术后移植头发存活率高 ,外观自然 ,但一次移植仍显稀疏 。Objective:The purpose of our study is to inverstigate the use of micrografts and minigrafts with slits for the treatment of male pattern hair loss Methods:27 patients suffered from ardrogenetic alopecia were treated with the use of micrografts and minigrafts between July 2000 to May 2001.24 patients were treated in a single procedure,and 3 patients was performed in two procedures Results:20 patients have been followed from 3 months to 9 months postoperatively Patients were satisfied with results of the appearance without complication,although appearance is alow density. Conclusion:The use of micrografts and minigrafts with slits for the treatment of male alopecia make it possible to achieve natural.The majority of patients are satisfied with their new appearance,but some of them would undergo the more procedure
