眼袋术后并发下睑外翻的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探寻治疗眼袋术后并发下睑外翻的手术治疗方法。　方法 :通过应用埋没导引缝合法把下睑肌皮瓣悬吊缝合固定在眶骨骨膜上 ,或同时楔形切除下睑部分睑板。　结果 :术后下睑外翻被矫正 ,随访 1～ 9个月 ,无复发 ,外形满意。　结论 :该手术方法实用有效 ,安全可靠 。Objective:In search of a method a treat palpebral bags postoperative ectropin Methods:The lower lid's skin muscle flap were strung on the periosteum of the lateral orbit by the buried guiding suture needle And wedge on V resection to reduce the horizontal dimension,shortening of lower lid for treatment of postoperative ectropin Results:The methods were used in 15 cases,follow up 1～9 months,The ectropins were correction,the appearance were satisfactory,no scar,and no recurrence Conclusion:The procedure is safe,simple,effective and satisfactory.
