慢性肾功能衰竭患者透析前后蛋白质和氨基酸含量变化的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性肾功能衰竭CRF患者透析前后蛋白质及氨基酸含量变化及营养状态。方法:对45例血透患者进行蛋白质、氨基酸浓度测定。结果:发现CRF患者总氨基酸含量由透析前的12.24mmol/L降低到透析后的8.67mmol/L,总蛋白质含量则由61.78g/L升至透析后的75.59g/L,白蛋白也由34.3g/L升至40.9g/L(P<0.05)。结论:透析对蛋白质和氨基酸含量有明显影响。Objective: To observe the changes of proteins and amino acids contents in the blood of patients suffering chronic renal failure (CRF) before and after blood dialysis for evaluating their nourished state .Method: 45 cases of the patients receiving blood dialysis were chosen and the contents of proteins and amino acids of their blood were tested. Results: The contents of amino acids were obviously decreased from 12.24 mmol/L to 8.67 mmol/L , and the contents of total proteins and albumin were remarkably increased from 61.78g/L and 34.3 g/L to 75.59 g/ L and 40.9 g/ L respectively (P<0.05) after blood dialysis. Conclusion: The dialysis has obvious effects on the contents of both proteins and amino acids.
