摘  要:目的  研究衰老时神经肽Y(NPY)阳性神经元在大鼠大脑皮质枕叶中的变化情况。方法  选用青年组(1~2个月)、中年组(11~12个月)和老年组(22~24个月)三组Wistar大鼠,采用免疫组化SABC法结合计算机图像分析技术进行研究。结果  NPY阳性细胞属于非锥体形神经元,在枕叶皮质Ⅱ—Ⅵ层均有分布;比较三个年龄组阳性细胞的数量和平均截面积的变化,发现老年组与青年组及中年组相比,两项指标都显著减小(P<0.01),而青年组和中年组相比,两项指标都没有显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论 NPY作为神经调节物,可能与大脑皮质枕叶功能的调节有关;随着衰老其阳性神经元的变化可能影响NPY发挥正常的生理功能。Objective To study changes of neuropeptide Y-positive neurons in occipital cortex of rats in aging. Methods The infant(1-2months) and the adult(11-12months) and the old group (22-24months) consisted of Wistar rats. Immunohistochemical SABC method combined with image quantitative analysis were used. Results NPY-positive neurons were shown non-pyramidal form, distributed in layers Ⅱ-Ⅵ of cerebral cortex; compared the old group with the infant and the adult, there was a significant decrease(P<0.01) in quantity and average area of positive cells, but compared the infant group with the adult group, there was not significant change (P>0.05).Conclusion As neurotransmitter, NPY was probably related to the regulation function of occipical cortex, with aging changes of NPY-positive neurons influence natural physiological function of NPY.
