摘　　要：本品是以人参为君药,黄连为臣药,以延胡索、黄岑等组方制成的胶囊剂,用来治疗与预防痿缩性胃炎,胃脘痛等症。本实验用正交试验法考查制备工艺,以浸出物总固体重量为考核指标来优选工艺,并对黄岑甙半成品进行质量控制。The product is a capsule dosage form that is made from traditional Chinese medicines by using ginseng as monarch drug and coptis root as adjuvant drug,and corydalis tuber and scutelaria root etc.The preparation procedure was examined by orthogonal test method in this experiment.The optimum seeking process used exudate total solid weight as examining index,and the quality control of astragalin semi-finished product was conducted.
