摘 要:目的 :结合网状接骨板的设计探讨颈椎固定的新方法的特点。方法 :对 12例颈椎间盘脱出的病人采用前路显露颈椎 ,摘除椎间盘或椎体 ,彻底解除脊髓压迫 ,取髂骨植骨 ,将网状接骨板固定在颈椎前缘 ,使颈椎适度伸展达到应力的平衡。结果 :所有病人均能获得良好的即刻稳定固定。术后随访 6~ 18个月 ,优良率 91.7% ,颈椎高度恢复良好 ,无术后并发症 ,无复发。结论 :网状内固定物设计合理 ,操作简便 ,能恢复颈椎高度和生理弯曲 ,防止并发症。设计符合植骨固定的生物力学原理 。Objective:To explore the characteristics of the new method used in fixation of cervical spine with the design principle of reticular tatinium implant.Method:The method of anterior discectomy or vertebral body resection or corpectomy was used to treat cervical disc herniation in 12 patients.Compression to spinal cord was reduced completely,and then iliac strut graft fusion and anterior internal fixation by reticular implant were used to stabilize the cervical spine.The method was used to make the cervical spine achieved stress balance in moderate extension.Results:The favorable immediate stable fixation was found in all the patients during operation.Following up of 6 to 18 months showed excellent and good results in 91.7%,height of cervical spine recovered well.There were no complications and relapes postoperatively.Conclusion:The design of reticular implant is in reason.The usage of implant is easy.The height and physical bending of cervical spine can be resumed by the operation.Complications can be prevented.The design is accorded with biomechanical principle,and the operation has extensive indication.
